About Ashira
Hello! I'm Ashira. I'm a proud mother to three exceptional young adults—my greatest accomplishments. I'm a wife, friend, cheerleader and confidante.
I am a Certified Graphologist, Executive Coach, Brainspotting Coach and Consultant with over 25 years of experience working in the business world, leading and scaling people and culture functions. I am passionate about helping businesses and individuals activate their full potential. What I do stems from a deep desire to help humans succeed. This means it's a necessity to understand people in a deeper more creative way. To do this, I leverage my expertise to unlock obstacles, unleash talent, and empower leaders. By blending a get-it-done performance style with the ability to bring a vision to life, I'm able to fuel enterprise-wide execution to drive business performance, employee engagement, retention, and hyper-growth.
My mission is to transform individuals and organizations through purpose, values, and leadership - turning great potential into measurable results
I prioritize a people-first approach in all my endeavours.
With a proven track record in driving growth across diverse industries, from startups to multi-million-dollar companies with over 1500 employees, I recently led the people and culture team at Wave, contributing to one of Canada's most significant tech exits. As the recipient of the 2021 HRPA Woman of Distinction award, I'm deeply committed to understanding human behaviour and psychology and how it applies to performance.

My expertise extends to human behavior through my studies under renowned graphologists like Roger Rubin, Barbara Weaver, Sheila Lowe, Michal Naftali, and psychotherapists like David Grand and Cynthia Schwartzberg. I'm also a seasoned board director serving roles such as Chair of Bnei Akiva Schools of Toronto and Chair of The Toronto Heschel School.

As a sought-after speaker and keynote presenter, I've shared insights at prestigious events like the CIX summit, C100 technology events, and the People Analytics Summit, among others. I've also mentored on the Hacking HR Growth program and played a key role on the steering committee for the SaaS North Conference in 2020. My passion for education and innovation was showcased in a 90-minute keynote presentation to 1,000 school principals, administrators, and board presidents at the 2015 North American Jewish Day School Conference, emphasizing the development of creative thinkers and the power of curiosity in education.

My mission is to transform individuals and organizations through purpose, values, leadership - turning great potential into measurable results. Let's do amazing things together!
